Videos not working on iPad

I just noticed that when visiting my blog with my iPad im not able to view the videos at all. Ill either get a black screen or a screenshot image of the video without any “play button”.
I have choosen the video.js as video player and installed FFMPEG. The videos are set to auto start
Any help here? Thx!
