videos not working on android phones

Hello, i facing an issue from few days as videos that uploaded on website https://www.ificanyoucanfitness.com/ are not working properly on android devices don’t understand why this happens ,i used html5 video tag even used iframe also but no sucess, i did r&d on this issue but get no successful result , please anyone help me out of this issue
