Urgent – Videos not working in popup

    Hi

    Thank you for making such a beautiful plugin as its rating is excellent as well.

    But here i am facing an issue with the video album(Silver screen – Album name) which is last n this page.

    Videos not playing on in popup. Could you please have a look and guide me? if i am not doing anything step wise. Only video images imported from video url.

    I am using latest version WordPress 4.9.8 and theme is twentyseventeen.

    Hi dear user.

    Our developers said that it is premium version feature, we will ask our developers to check it, if they made some mistake in this case we will fix it and update our plugin.

    But on your plugin page there not mentioned if it is in premium or free version.
    I understand many theme features are restricted in free version but video must not restricted if option is in backend.

    Whole my work spoiled if it is really in pro version. Check your plugin page and pro version list you will see there is not mentioned video feature.

    Dear friends, dont use this plugin if you think it will run videos as well in slider.

    In the description they dont even mentioned that video will play only in pro version.

    Not happy with your support.
