Videos not playing on mobile

  • Hi, I’ve got the latest version of the plugin installed but there seems to be some real issues with videos playing on mobile. They took ages to load on a desktop browser but updating the plugin sped it up but none of the videos play on a mobile. Is this something related to the plugin or something weird going on with my site?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated ??

    Hi.

    If you mean videos on single portfolios, looks like it is the theme bug. Please, create a ticket in https://nk.ticksy.com/ , we’ll try to make a quick fix for our Piroll theme.

    Hi nK,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I tried to create a ticket but it requires me to buy a new license or extend my support, which seems a bit unfair for a bug that is (most likely) affecting all users.

    Hi Chris.

    Better to write in our support system. If your support is expired and you want to request for a bug fix of the theme, you can create a ticket in the “Bug Reports” category.

    Try to update Piroll theme to the latest version, this bug should be fixed.
