Videos not playing in Firefox

    The TikTok videos on my page can’t be played on Firefox.
    I get this error message:

    No Video in a supported format or MIME-type found.

    Only a minority of my users use Firefox but still, not good for UX.

    Also, Videos can’t be played on some Mobile Browsers and in some Apps’ WebViews.

    Hi, could you please list in the mobile browsers where it fails to analyse?

    Hi,

    I testes it on Android 9.
    – Chrome: works perfectly ??
    – Samsung default browser: loads very long (>10s)
    – Android Webview – not an expert on that – doesn’t react at all when you click on the video Thumbnail
