Videos no longer display thumbnail prior to playing.

  • Hi all,

    In a previous version, prior to updating, all my videos loaded with a thumbnail screen that displayed before playing the video. With the latest versions all the viewer sees is the bottom black menu bar. Once they hit “play” the video starts, however there’s no way of seeing any of the content prior. Just shows the bar, and white space.

    Can someone help me sort this out?

    How are you displaying your videos? Are you using a plugin, or are you using the media library?

    They’re all stored/uploaded into the media library.
