Videos loading thumbnail size only

  • This seems like one of the better responsive video plugins out there but I can’t seem to make it work, heh. The MCE plugin installed nicely, I threw some embeds in, but they’re coming out with the thumbnail size even though I have it set to “normal.”

    I tried changing the “Maximal size” to force the size of my container div, but that didn’t seem to work either. I un-commented your variable dump in the plugin code, and I don’t know if this tells you anything but I got:

    mode: string(6) “normal”
    maxwidth: NULL

    That NULL is true for either maximal width set to 0 or 690, the forced width I tried.

    Any ideas? I tried this while disabling all other plugins, and even disabled wordpress’s built in autoembed, which is a pain already but didn’t seem to be the issue. I also customized the youtube embed tag just to be sure it wasn’t clashing with something else.
