Videos in Lightbox

  • Dear all,

    I am having issues with the Lightbox for videos. The videos are not loading any longer in the Lightbox returning Uncaught ReferenceError: gallery_box_data is not defined. When clicking the video in admin panel, the Lightbox displays the video correctly.

    The videos have been embedded via YouTube.

    Please assist.

    Hello @nicn ,

    Thank you for posting your issue in our forum.
    Usually when the issue is present when checking as a guest, and not present when checking as a logged in user, it is being caused by some sort of optimization/caching plugin/service.
    We noticed that you are using wp optimize on the website, would you please try to disable this and any other, clear the cache once and test the videos again?

    Dear Yasin,
    Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately deactivating WPOptimize and clearing cache did not have any effect on the loading. It just keeps loading ??
