Videos gallery works properly in firefox not in safari and ios

  • Hello,

    I’m building a video gallery with videos hosted on the vod platform of infomaniak.
    On firefox everything is ok, it works perfectly.
    On safari and ios it doesn’t work.
    When I click on one video in the grid the popup comes out all right but when I push the play button it gives me a gray screen with a black square in the middle (it looks like the player is resizing itself.)
    I tried with another mp4, it does the same thing (“player” page on the website)

    Can anyone help ?

    Please, can you tell us on which iphone you see this ploblem ?

    Can you screenshot , because we want to see the problem ?

    We tried on different iphones and we do not see the problem

    Hello, thank you very much for your help.
    It’ not only on iOS (iPhone SE 2020) but also on Safari desktop (MBP 2019).
