Videos from Media Library NOT Responsive :/

Hi Kevin

I’ve seen a couple of people with this issue, but am raising it again.

This page has two videos. The first, from YouTube, is responsive. The second, uploaded to the library, is not.

I have tried the following code:

[embed]https://absolute/path/to/my/video.mp4[/embed]

Also tried with height and width attributes set, and using the [video] shortcode

WP: 3.9.2
PLUGIN: 1.2.5
