Videos don’t work: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I paid $43 for a video on Envato Element. The attachment couldn’t open with Microsoft Windows or Quicktime..All new versions. I sent them an email and I sent the author and email and they never responded. I’m going to my bank for a refund. DON’T USE ENVATO ELEMENTS. THEY HAVE BAD/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NO GOOD.
