Videos do not autostart on mobile

If we are not mistaken you have done some modifications on Video Player Plugin by yourself. Unfortunately we can help you only if you install the current last version of plugin on your website that will remove and replace all your modifications.

It has been almost one week, we are marking the ticket as resolved, because it is site specific and we have got no reply. Feel free to reply at any time with more information on this issue or un-resolve the topic if you do return to the ticket with a reply

Sorry, I have been ill. I did not make any modifications to your plugin at all. Just used out of the box. installed latest version last week.

Thanks for getting back to us.
We guess that you have added the shortcode of the video player to the Fusion Builder. If it is correct, please, try to create a test page or post out of the Fusion Builder and check if the same issue exists in that case as well or not.
In any case, we will be glad to reproduce the same error at our end and try to give further instructions for fixing the issue.

We will wait for your observations.

I added the video to a page not using fusion builder and has the same issue, they do not autostart.

We would like to mention that we have checked the link provided and it works fine in Chrome browser and we have also tested the link on Android and iOS devices and the problem seems to be available in the iOS device.
However, this refers not to the plugin functionality because it works fine on other browsers but to the Safari itself because the Auto-play can be turned off and on right from the browser: https://prntscr.com/hxhkx2
