videos are not saving in my wordpress media library

    I am using Free trail of 14 days version of your plugin
    Renewal Date: November 27, 2018
    but when i upload video it just stores a screen-shot and no video in media library.
    kindly explain the process to save video in my WordPress media library

    Hi, uploading into the Media Library is supported in trials of the API Business Plus plan, is your trial account on this plan or another one perhaps?

    Another possible explanation is that the uploaded file was too large and was therefore not uploaded successfully, upload limits can depend on your WP hosting provider’s settings.
