Videos are not displayed or working on mobile devices

  • Hello! Thank you for a very useful plugin. I just encountered this problem, on mobile devices in browsers video thumbnails black screens, and when clicked the video does not start. I tested in the Chrome browser and in the Opera browser.

    I tried resetting the cache, tested on different pages – it still looks like in the attached photos:

    I just tested https://marketertricks.com/br/facebook-pt/como-encontrar-publicacoes-antigas on my Android phone (Chrome and Firefox Mobile) and the video did show fine @marketertricks (although it did take some time for the full vid. to load)?

    Hello. What’s interesting, is that this problem that the video on the phone does not work for about 3 weeks. And yesterday after you looked, in Opera and in the Chrome browser (Android) the video was displayed normally and started when I clicked on the video.

    And today, I tried it in a few articles, and again a black picture on the video preview (as in the two pictures that I added in the link above in the previous message) and it does not start and does not turn on at all

    Your plugin is also installed on the javdele.com website, the same thing with displaying and launching the video…

    ah, even the thumbnail isn’t visible for you? that indicates a JavaScript error, could be related to you using W3 Total Cache, try disabling javascript optimization in that maybe?

    Good day.

    I tried to disable Java scripts in the caching plugin – it didn’t help. I tried to disable the caching plugin itself and caching on the hosting – it didn’t help either. Also, the picture on the video itself is not displayed and the video doesn’t turn on on both sites.
    I tried to disable other different plugins, it didn’t help either.

    What’s interesting is that on the third test site wstyleblog.pp.ua/privet-mir, with the same plugins – everything is fine, the video is displayed and clicked and turned on.

    Unfortunately, for now I’ll have to temporarily disable this plugin on the working sites until we can find and fix the cause
