Videos are fully loaded before played

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, or it’s just the way it is – having 30Mb videos makes the visitor wait for the full file to be downloaded by the browser, before it could be played by the player. Is there a way to make it stream after buffering first 10 seconds or something?
