Videos are all starting from the start. Even though I have URL for later.

Not sure what is wrong but if I put in a url like https://youtu.be/cV2gpjUxZpo?t=7s then the video should start at 7 seconds… or a url like https://youtu.be/cV2gpjUxZpo?t=37s should start at 37 seconds and all of your videos start it at beginning
