Videos and pics will not resize on front page

Can someone please help? https://blog.clairepeetz.com (Front Page)running smartmag theme,
I have tried a million and one things to resize this video to 700×394, it was fine yest. then i went back to it today and now there is a gap on the right. any suggestions?
