    Hello,

    I would like to purchase VideoPress to embed videos in my website, which offers music instructional videos on paid membership.

    I have a few questions :

    – Can I use VideoPress Premium if my site is hosted by “o2switch” (a French company), and not by WordPress Premium/Business/eCommerce ?
    I tried the VideoPress free version (I have a WordPress.com account), it seems to work.

    – Can I use VideoPress with the divi builder ?

    – Is there any possibility to have more than 1To storage ?

    Hey there,

    I tried the VideoPress free version (I have a WordPress.com account), it seems to work.

    VideoPress is not only for WordPress.com sites, and you are free to use it on any self-hosted site as well as made using WordPress. You can install our Jetpack plugin and start using VideoPress on a self-hosted site.

    Can I use VideoPress with the divi builder?

    We have seen users in the past using VideoPress with Divi, so there wouldn’t be an issue. In the Jetpack Free plan, we provide you a feature to upload 1 video on VideoPress, so if you want, you can test this as well.

    After uploading the video, you can either embed it on Divi, or you can use VideoPress or Video Block to add video there (if Divi supports them).

    Is there any possibility to have more than 1TB storage?

    There are no storage upgrade options currently, but we will bring a storage upgrade option very soon; we understand for a big site or a site where the content is focused on videos, the storage can increase.

    Hello Animesh,

    Thanks a lot for your answer. I will definitely purchase VideoPress.

    Looking forward to a storage upgrade option at reasonable price, because 1 To soon won’t be enough.

    I have one more question ; I tested the free version with 1 video, and there seem to be an issue : at the original 1080 definition, everything looks perfect, but if I lower the definition, for example to 720, a flickering appears on the video.

    Please make sure that your videos are encoded to those specifications for the best results.
