VideoPress no uploading

    I just subscribed to the VideoPress service.

    I am trying to upload a 11GB video file in MP4 via the Jetpack videopress admin page, but the progress bar is stuck at 0% and, by running a connection speed test, it seems that the upload is not happening.

    Hello @igabc,

    Since you’re a paid customer, could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread, if you haven’t done that yet?

    Meanwhile, you may want to check this documentation page to make sure that the basic requisites for facilitating the upload are met (I trust that, but give it a look just to be sure).
