VideoObject Markup errors

    i have inserted a Youtube link into my post, and checked it at google structure tool, and got some erros:
    description – A value for the description field is required.
    uploadDate – A value for the uploadDate field is required.
    description – The description field is recommended. Please provide a value if available.

    how can i fix it?
