Video working on desktop – Nothing shows up on mobile

    That is my company’s website. As you can see on our home page we have a video playing on a loop. On mobile it used to show just a screenshot of that video.

    At the moment on mobile it is only showing a white background instead of the screenshot.

    I have tried re-uploading the video and it hasn’t worked.

    If you have any suggestions on how to fix this on mobile so that it shows the screenshot again that would be greatly appreciated.

    As you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
