Video won’t play

I had a video on one of these items and it won’t play. I tried it as a .mov and a .mp4 but each time it hangs. I tried putting it in the text description too but it not visible on the live page. How can I get this to work. Here’s the video https://necoem.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/bell.mp4
