Video window underneath

  • Hi, I have an issue probably very simple but I don’t know hot to fix, I insert in my page the shortcode to display a video from youtube like this:
    [video_lightbox_youtube video_id=”JbkyCbYFwsA&rel=0″ width=”640″ height=”480″ anchor=”Click here to see video”]

    It works as I need but when the video is over and I close the player I see another video player underneath which I also need to close, this is probably the default from WordPress but how is it possible to avoid this one to open and only open the WO video lightbox?.

    Hi, can you confirm that you don’t have two lightbox plugins installed?

    Can you provide more information in regards to the following comment.

    I see another video player underneath which I also need to close, this is probably the default from WordPress….

    @joepepe can you disable all your other plugins except this one. Then carry out a test.

    If the above does not help, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen.
