Video thumbnails are not showing up in the slider

    Hello,
    I am using video slider plugin for creating the video carousel [slider type – Video carousel/Content popup 2], but the video thumbnail pictures are not being shown in the slider.
    Please help in figuring out this issue.

    Dear @sheetalmandyal.

    Thank you for posting your question. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of our plugin. Because on latest version we have fixed that error with images. If you are not using the latest version plugin will work only with youtube videos.
