Video Thubnail not shwoing up in video carousel

  • Hello, i have installed the plugin, but in video carousel, there is not option to set the thumbnail images and the videos are not showing up the thumbnails in the carousel in front end. I have inserted you tube videos

    In Carousel Image size setting: slider-thumb soft: 710 x9999 (select this option).
    This worked for me, hope this works for you as well.

    Also in many section the carousel don’t show up, so i had to add this tag in home page sections: [carousel_slide id=”]

    I’m having the same problem, there no Carousel Image size setting: slider-thumb soft: 710 x9999 option

    and I get an error youtube refuses to connect
