Video starts playing on mobile, disappears on scroll

    Hi, I believe this issue is different from others that have been raised.

    I use a video background on my homepage, https://www.boulderbells.com

    On desktop browser – regardless of the window size – the video works. It starts playing when you load the page and continues regardless of how you scroll.

    On mobile – I’ve tried Firefox and Chrome – The video loads and starts playing, but when the user scrolls down a little bit the video is suddenly replaced with a gray background. It does not reappear when you scroll back to the top of the page.

    I have tried enabling Parallax-Scroll with speed set to 1 and “Enable on mobile devices” ticked. It does not make a difference.

    Any help is much appreciated!

    Hey.

    Finally, I found the problem. It was a script conflict in TwentyTwenty and TwentyTwentyOne themes.

    This conflict will be fixed in the next plugin update (in 1-2 days).

    Thanks for looking into it nK!

    I have just updated to plugin 1.7.2 and Twenty Twenty theme to 1.6, but am still having the problem.

    Hey.

    Looks like using the wrong identifier for the TwentyTwenty theme. Please, try v1.7.3
