Video Slider Rich do not show video

Please check because the problem can be related to 3 reasons.

1. Please, see if all the videos are working or not.

2. Have you added a video from the mp4 format? If you added an mp4 video, have you added an image or not?. YouTube and Vimeo automatically create an image and you need to add an image for mp4 video only.

3. Please check did you attach any theme one of the slider types?

A lot of the problems that the slider always loads goes with this. Please check and tell us.

Of course all videos playing on my computer normally.

It’s mp4, I added now picture, but it didn’t work also.

I have the catch base theme it’s for free and haven’t slider included.
