    Dear gbafnachirpn.

    Please, can you check does all the videos working on the site?
    Maybe you have an mp4 video on the site and when you added the image something doesn’t work that way. If the slider does not open and always loads, then some link on the site does not work. Please, can you check does everything work fine for you?

    Please, can you provide us the page link where we can see the slider?
