    What are your featured video settings? Which mode etc are you using?

    I’m using mp4 videos from the media library
    that are 1024 576 in size

    open video overlay when featured image is clicked

    video sizing responsive is unchecked
    video align center

    Fix commited. Will release the 2.2.1 patch in a couple of days after I got some more reports back.
