video screenshot thumb rotation

Hi I have a video tube site and I am trying to figure out how to upload several images per post and set them to automatically cycle when a user hovers over the thumbnail in a post grid. This gives a slight preview of the videos content. This is very popular and is available in the kernal video sharing CMS.

I have searched high and low for a plugin that can do this but coming up empty. All of my main competitors have this feature because they use KVS CMS.

Please tell me if there is a plugin. Ideally a plugin that can scan the mp4 file auto generating screenshots and implement the slideshow on the thumbnail in the front end.
