    Hi

    I got video review (mp4). But video is not showing. I double check my settings. While images are showing correctly.

    Please suggest me solution.

    I see you are using the grid review shortcode. Currently, this shortcode doesn’t support displaying video attached to the review.
    You can use the all reviews shortcode to display the video.

    1. can i exclude video option from review form?
    2. if you see one review have 4 photos but only first photo appear in lightbox.

    Hi,

    1. No, it isn’t possible.
    2. Please deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress and recheck the issue.
