Video Progress Monitoring

Sorry I don’t even know where/who to direct this question. I have a client asking if there is a way to know how much of a video (or if a video) was viewed by a visitor. This may be a service outside of WordPress. I sort of found something called Edpuzzle, but it’s geared for teachers/students and may be way more than we need? I welcome your input!!!
