Video Position (new) Lightbox: Displays half the video off screen

I have purchased the pro version of the plugin and really want this to work.

PROBLEM:

The problem I’ve run into relates to the presentation of my thumbnails in the layout. I’ve tested every layout offered in this plugin from my website and I’ve noticed issues with most of them with how they are displaying on screen. The layout I am most interested in using is the Lightbox-Video Gallery. However, when trying to use this layout I’ve noticed that the gallery splits down the middle where one half seems to have some unwanted padding whereas the other half is more as expected (https://theproyouneed.com/test-videogallery-lightbox-chrome-error/).

To make things worse, when a thumbnail is clicked on, the video that loads in the lightbox is pushed up about 500pxs too high. Only half of the video is visible!

The only thing I can confirm is that this is a WEB BROWSER related issue.

TROUBLESHOOTING ATTEMPTS:

Tested my gallery page in the following browsers:
1. Chrome (primary browser)
2. Edge
3. Internet Explorer
4. FireFox

The only browser that presents everything perfectly is FireFox. Edge and Internet Explorer present the lightbox video appropriately centered on screen but the offset split in the gallery still persists.

My Chrome browser is up to date (also, this problem does not exist when viewing the demos on the Origin Code website).

I was working in WordPress 5.4.1 but have sense reverted to 5.2.2 because I saw the readme.txt file in the Plugin Editor that this was last tested in 5.2.2. That didn’t do anything…

I’m hoping this error has nothing to do with my theme because I am working from the Pro version of Mesmerize, which I like a lot. I tried embedding the shortcode for my gallery in my website from the customize builder (built into my theme), Beaver Builder, as well as an HTML widget.

At the time of writing this, I continued testing the shortcode in different ways and it appears that I was able to resolve the offset split in the layout by pasting the shortcode in a text field from a customizable content section and setting the section to “centered” (rather than full width) (https://theproyouneed.com/test-embed-through-customize/). This is not ideally what I would like but much more acceptable.

Everything that I’ve done and mentioned above still leaves me with the problem of having the lightbox displaying half of my video off screen.
