    Hello,

I downloaded this plugin and used it in my website on the homepage when user clicks on Watch Video button and it is looking awesome on Desktop and starting automatically.

Unfortunately it is not the case on mobile though I added the shortcode in the very beginning of the page as I read in other posts.

    Can you please help?

    Regards,
    Lara

    Hi @larak,

you may need to mute the video to autoplay. Lots of browsers have changed their policies and videos only play automatically if they’re muted. Unfortunately there’s not much we can do about it at this point.

    Hi again David,

Thank you for your quick response. The problem is not related to autoplay as video is playing automatically on mobile and desktop.

It is just that on desktop, the video loads fast without the vimeo header info (from.. by) as on mobile it loads very very very slow and differently showing all these headers. Any reason why?

    Hey @larak,

I just had a quick look at your site and it looks like you’re not using WP Video Popup there. The popup plugin you’re using is a different one.

    Hello,

Yes yes am using it ??

I have added the following in the beginning of the template:
    [wp-video-popup video=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/349280158?autoplay=1″%5D

And this to the Watch Video Link:

My problem is on mobile not desktop.

I’ve tried to search the source code for wp-video-popup (which is a class that we’re using) and couldn’t find it.

Also when clicking the “Watch Video” button next to “Hi we’re Related. We knew we’d meet some day!” it opened a different lightbox (not WP Video Popup).

On your website, where would I click to see the popup?

    Best,
    David

Hi Larak, the pop-up on your website (‘Watch Video’) button is working for me. What Plugin did you use for this to work?
