Video plugin as same in wordpress.com

hi there.. maybe this question been ask before in this forum. but unable to find the same topic. As state at title above

firstly i just finish install wordpress on hosting. Then i import my blog at wordpress.com into this wordpress. most of my post have embed video from youtube that use this code :

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-5wFcWA4xk]

So what i’m here is to know, which plugin that use same as wordpress.com. If i choose other plugin, surely pain to me to re-edit back my posts.
