Video Option?

The page says there are 4 video options. I’m not sure how you choose. I like the 4th one that is shown on the video page. It seems to be an image with text that when clicked, opens another page. I have not found how to set the text window and background for this option. I would like to be able to move that text box also. Any suggestions are appreciated.
