Video Optin / Text Widget DIRECTLY under Navigation and not in sidebar?

  • Hey there, I’m looking to put a video with an optin form in a text widget directly under my navigation only on my homepage. It doesn’t have to be in a ‘text widget’ but thats the best i can describe it as.

    I’ve seen a few sites do this but im not sure how they do it whether it’s with a plugin or adding it with code themselves…

    If anyone can help me that would be great thanks.
