Please disable all plugins on your site except for SportsPress.
Please change your theme from Alchemists to the SportsPress Rookie theme :

to see if it resolves your issue.

Yep, disabling all plugins and using the default theme is the first step. Quite often these issues are caused by some custom code in your theme or plugins.
