video not showing

  • Hello,

    I have fill in the right mp4 url, when I visit the url of the video it will load but when I use video background it won’t load.

    How can I fix it? Using it with WP Bakery.

    Website is still under maintenance it can’t be visited by other users.
    I have tested it with maintenance off.
