Video not responsive on newest Apple Iphone 11

    My client is using the latest iPhone 11 and when she clicks on the video, and then changes the phone orientation from vertical to horizontal, the video stays small and adds black bars to the top and bottom, ie the video does not act responsively. Another client can see the video fine on Iphone 7.
