Hi, I see the same issue here on my end. Is it properly encoded for playing on mobile devices? if not you can apply H264 encoding on it using a free encoder like handbrake.

I think I have the .mp4 video encoded correctly:

    dim: 854?×?480
    codecs: AAC, H.264
    color profile: SD (6-1-6)
Info is from QuickTime Player / Mac

    Is that correct?
    Thank you for reply

There is definitely something wrong with the codec. It’s not playing on my iPhone either.

Please use handbrake to apply a H264 encoding on the video. Make sure to keep the “web optimized” option enabled when you run the encoder.

Used Handbrake with H264 and web optimized (tried two different video files). Still doesn’t work on iPhone…thanks for the reply though.
If you can think of anything else to try let me know.

    Dimensions: 854?×?480
    Codecs from handbrake: H.264, AAC
    Color profile: SD (6-1-6)

Well.. I have the same problem on my iPhone 6. However (!) on my old iPhone 4 the video is working!!

    Here the specs:

Technical info from my Iphone 6:
    Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 10_2_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/602.4.6 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/10.0 Mobile/14D27 Safari/602.1

Technical info from my Iphone 4:
    Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 7_1_2 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/537.51.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/7.0 Mobile/11D257 Safari/9537.53

I hope this could be of any use for you.

PS.: The above information I gathered through https://whatsmyuseragent.com.

Just want to state that the same video played from within my Dropbox can be viewed as expected on iPhone 6. IMHO it is for this reason not an encoding problem.

The only way is trying another plugin.

I switched to the Flow-Player and the very same videos are playing now on iPhone 4 and 6. Android not tested.

Hi, Sorry for the delay. I was working on updating the player in the plugin. Are you still using it?

    Still using it here!
    Would love an update.
    Thanks
