Video not playing on Android

  • I’m not sure if this is something related to the plugin but on mobile it says:

    Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found

    Found this ?=_1 string in the video file but even after I remove the string the video doesn’t work.

    I use Android with Chrome.

    Any idea?

    That video appears to be encoded in the AV1 codec, which isn’t universally supported by all browsers/devices. The safest format to use is H.264 video and AAC audio.

    Thank you very much for your help! Can I convert the videos with the plugin and use the AAC audio codec?
