video not playing in iOS and Safari in Mac

Hi suppor team,

I’ve an issue where the the video is not playing in iOS devices and Safari on Mac. The video works fine in Chrome/Edge on Mac. The video is uploaded into the WordPress Media Library. I added the video via html code.

I have downloaded the video in iPad, it runs fine when added to Camera Roll.
Any pointers to get the video working in iPhone/iPad would be highly appreciated.
