Video not loading in Chrom

thanks for your reply and support. I tried all 7 steps above but it still didnt work. I’ve asked my friends to try using their chrome browser on desktop and it didnt work either. But it works on chrome mobile so far…

Any alternative solutions you can think of?

I can see the issue that you are referring here. The video shows black and does not load.

This is a known issue with the Video widget when self hosted videos are setup with lightbox feature this issue shows up for iOS devices Safari Browser.
The dev team is working towards a fix for this issue.

Thanks for your reply. The video works ok for my iOS devices and MacOS safari, only mainly on Chrome desktop that is not working well. Chrome mobile is working fine so far
