Video not loading

    Hi, everything looks great on preview, but it doesn’t show up on my desktop. I tried on my mobile, and I can now see it, except for the video. It is a huge space left where the video should be. Can you let me know if I’ve missed anything? Thank you ??

    Hello there, I checked your website and I cannot see nothing wrong with it – except the video does not start – the black screen comes actually from your video first frame! ??

    But it is fully loaded without any errors and all seems correct.

    I believe the issue is that even when I try to play your video https://www.smcentral.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/System-697.mp4 it doesn`t start and there is only black screen too.

    Unfortunately I don`t know what what caused that – I would suggest try to upload the video again to your WordPress – maybe it is broken – or you can always upload it to YouTube (even as a private video) and play it from there..

    Sorry I couldn`t help you to resolve the issue right away!
