Video not displaying on comments page

The video is not displaying on our comments page (see web link). I have this selected: “If checked, the attachment is displayed as an image, video, audio, or file link. Otherwise, all attachments will be displayed as links to files.” All that shows up is a link to the video. Please see comments titled “Bo von Hohenlohe on June 12, 2023 at 6:55 pm Happy Birthday Bob!!!” the link is ‘ocean’. How can we make the video display?
