    Hi, the same thing happened to me too, if I activate the plugin I can’t see the thumbnails of the images and the video.
    I use the Avada theme.
    Have you solved it?

    If your product single template created with help of any page builders (Divi Builder, Elementor Builder etc.) then you need to use shortcode.
