Video .mov not playing

  • Hi,

    I have the same problem, video .mov don’t play, I have the following message :
    Video not found or access denied: path of the video
    The video is in the correct folder and I have not an .htaccess file in the uploads directory.
    If I upload a .flv in the same directory and in the same galery, the .flv works.
    What is the source of problem ?

    The WordPress version is 3.5.1 multisite and the plugin version is 1.8.

    What is the error message your are getting when playing? video files should be properly encoded to play with JW Player.
