Thank you for the shortcode.

The email I posted has an intentional gap, to help ward off spam, you would simply need to close that gap, sorry for the inconvenience.

I tested your shortcode and it is working fine. I also bumped the # of posts from 4 to 8 so I could see the video in question, but that also is displaying as it should and without the url code. View test here.

We have just pushed a new update yesterday. Please make sure you are running the free Feed Them Social plugin version 2.9.4. Also, please make sure you are not running any FB Blocking extensions in your browser (like FB Container in Firefox for example).

After updating the plugin, go to your WordPress page that includes your shortcode and clear the FTS cache (Feed Them > Setings > Global Options > Clear All FTS Cache)

This should resolve your issue.

If this does not resolve the issue, then it is possible that another plugin or theme is interfering. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.

the videos when I last checked you couldn’t play them on the feed to watch you had to go to my actual facebook page, how can i turn on so you can watch videos that I post on the facebook page feed on my website

Also ive noticed the feeds are squashed down the left side how do i adjust the width and centre the posts I dont like how its crammed to the left side

Yippee found the culprit lol I deactivated everything and one at a time reactivated this is the plug in that caused the issues PB SEO Friendly Images Pro

Lastly the layout of the posts its gastly all squashed to one side can this be amended to look eye pleasing ??
