Video JS Player all messed up in WP 4.0.1 – No iPhone

The JS Player looks a funky after upgrading WordPress. The play button is big and the control buttons look like there’s two graphics layered on top of each other and they don’t work correctly all the time. When clicking full screen it goes to full screen but when clicking to reduce it again the whole page gets all messed up. I see that S3 Video says it has not been tested on the newest WP version, which I swear it did a couple of months ago when I upgraded it. Can someone help? I can get you access to the member’s video area so you can see what I’m talking about. Or send a screenshot to your email.
